Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at james.walsh@shoptirepal.com with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We do not offer refunds on items that are lost or stolen after delivery.
